1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FundTrackr. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at fundtrackr@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription and Billing

• FundTrackr offers paid subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on the pricing page before purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your plan).
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you agree to their terms of service.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or cancellations mid-cycle. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be downgraded or deactivated.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at fundtrackr@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute FundTrackr data without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access the platform infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service in ways that overload our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

7. Data and Content

FundTrackr aggregates publicly available funding data for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. You are responsible for verifying information before making business decisions based on it.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on FundTrackr is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission. Your own data remains yours.

9. Disclaimers

FundTrackr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on data from the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FundTrackr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
